The short version
- The Kalemo app sends us no personal information, drawings or usage logs. We have no app user database.
- No sign-up, accounts, ads, analytics or tracking SDKs. Coloring works offline.
- Drawings and app settings stay on your device.
- Apple or Google handles payments. We do not receive card details.
- If you choose to email us, Gmail processes that correspondence so we can provide support. This is separate from the app.
1. Who provides Kalemo
Kalemo is provided by Domino Agro Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi under Domino Agro Tech. Address: Adalet Mah. Manas Blv. Folkart Towers, No: 39 İç Kapı No: 3408, Bayraklı / İzmir, Türkiye. Support and privacy contact: hello@dominoagro.com.
This policy covers the Kalemo Android/iOS app and the pages under www.dominoagro.com/kalemo/. It does not describe the behavior of other products on dominoagro.com. The company is the controller for support correspondence sent to it and other processing within its responsibility.
2. The app’s data behavior
Kalemo has no user accounts, sign-up, sign-in, chat, ads, analytics or tracking SDKs. It has no mechanism that sends us usage logs and no developer drawing server. It does not ask for children’s names, birth dates, email addresses, contacts, location, camera or microphone access; it does not use advertising identifiers.
Coloring and free drawing work offline. Purchases and restoring purchases may need a store connection; external links and email may need internet. Apple and Google store and operating-system services are explained separately below.
3. Information kept only on your device
- Drawings: colored pages, free drawings, previews and creation/change dates.
- Preferences: language, tool age range (2–3, 4–5 or 6–7), sound, music, vibration, time limits, hints and earned color boxes.
- Local play time: use duration for the last 14 days for the Grown-ups’ corner and time limit. This is not sent to us.
- Product ownership: unlocked products so owned books can work offline.
These are kept on your device for the app to work; they are not user records stored by Domino Agro. Apple or Google device backups may include them depending on your settings. We cannot access your backups; there is no Kalemo cloud account.
5. Purchases
Animals, Vehicles and Ocean, one sample page from each other book, and free drawing are free. Extra books can be unlocked individually or with Unlock everything through optional one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions.
Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing handles payments. We do not receive card details. Product ownership is read from the store and kept on the device. Restore purchases uses the same Apple or Google account; Kalemo does not transfer purchases between Android and iOS. Pending purchases may wait for payment or parental approval.
Google Play Billing can send technical purchase-operation diagnostics to Google under Google’s policy. Apple and Google can provide developers with sales, tax and financial reports containing transaction and region information. These store services are separate from the app sending us user information or usage logs. Financial records required by law follow the applicable legal retention periods.
6. Children and the parental gate
Kalemo is designed for children aged 2–6; the website is for parents and guardians. Purchases, adult settings, sharing, external links and rating prompts first show an adult check. This check is not a legal consent mechanism.
We do not collect children’s identifying information through the app. Do not include a child’s name, photo, birth date or other personal information in support messages. If you believe a child’s information has reached us, contact hello@dominoagro.com to request review and deletion.
7. Platform diagnostics
Kalemo has no added crash-reporting or analytics SDK. Apple and Google can process diagnostic, crash, performance and installation statistics through their own operating-system and store services. What a developer can see depends on platform rules and your device sharing settings. Manage these settings through your device or platform account.
8. Support through Gmail
If you choose to email hello@dominoagro.com, your email address, message and technical information you send are used to answer your request and resolve the issue. Include the device model, operating system, Kalemo version and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, card details or a child’s personal information.
Our email service is Google Gmail. Support correspondence is held in the Gmail mailbox and is not copied into a separate support database. Messages can remain until deleted. We have not configured a separate fixed automatic deletion period such as 12 months. Gmail’s deletion rules and Google’s retention policy apply.
You can request deletion by writing to the same address. In Gmail’s normal operation, messages moved to Trash are permanently deleted after 30 days; Trash can also be emptied earlier. This does not mean every support message is automatically deleted 30 days after receipt.
9. The Kalemo website
The Kalemo pages use locally served images and fonts. They load no analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel, chat widget, social embed or third-party font, and create no cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage records.
The website is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure in Nuremberg, Germany. An IP address and request details are technically processed to deliver pages. The Kalemo web server and reverse proxy do not retain visitor access logs or create visitor profiles or browsing histories. This describes our web configuration; the host’s independent infrastructure operations follow its own terms.
Cookies previously set by other pages on the same domain can be sent by a browser to Kalemo. External links take you to services with their own privacy policies. This section does not make a cookie promise for every page on dominoagro.com.
10. Retention and deletion
To delete a drawing, open it in My Art and hold the trash button until the ring fills. Resetting defaults does not delete drawings. Uninstalling removes local app data; manage copies in device backups separately. Purchases stay in your store account and can be restored. Domino Agro has no drawing repository from which we can retrieve your pictures.

- Website access logs: No visitor access logs are stored by the Kalemo web server or its reverse proxy.
- Support correspondence: Messages remain in the Gmail mailbox until deleted. Gmail deletion and retention rules apply; no separate fixed automatic deletion period is configured by us.
To request deletion of a support message, contact hello@dominoagro.com. Store records and legally required financial records are separate from local drawings and web access logs.
11. Privacy requests
The controller is Domino Agro Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi. To request information about support correspondence, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or exercise rights under the law that applies to you, contact hello@dominoagro.com or the postal address above. Drawings are stored on your device, so you do not need to request them from the developer.
Processing purposes are responding to support requests, delivering web pages and meeting legal financial obligations. In Türkiye, depending on the activity, the contract, legal obligation and legitimate-interest grounds in Article 5/2 of KVKK apply. You can exercise your Article 11 rights and contact the competent data protection authority. We do not use contact information for advertising.
12. Providers and processing locations
Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany); email is provided by Google Gmail. Gmail correspondence can be processed on Google’s global infrastructure in the locations described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not collect drawings or app usage logs through our hosting or email services.

13. Version, languages and contact
The English and Turkish versions describe the same scope. When practices change, both versions and their effective date will be updated. Version 1.0, effective 5 October 2026. This version describes the app’s offline operation without developer data collection, Gmail support and the website infrastructure.
